- How can I buy Pennant Sportswear apparel and accessories?
Pennant products can be purchased by authorized team dealers, decorators and retailers nationwide. If you are a school, team, corporation or end user, we can provide contacts to Pennant Sportswear dealers in your area at [email protected]
- How do I open an account with Pennant?
Fill out our application on-line, [email protected]. A Pennant Customer Service Representative will confirm that your application is being reviewed.
- How do I view wholesale prices and inventory?
If you are an approved account, you must login on the website to view wholesale prices and inventory.
- How do I return merchandise?
All returns must be authorized. Returns will not be accepted once merchandise has been decorated. Claims for shortages, damages or lost cartons must be made within 15 days of receipt of order. Requests for returns must be made within 30 days from the date of the invoice. Any return must be marked with a Return Authorization number, sent “freight prepaid”, and be subject to a 20% or $25.00 minimum re-stocking charge. Undecorated merchandise must be returned in the original packaging.
- Do you accept backorders?
Yes, backorders are accepted. You will not be charged for the backordered items until they ship. Backorders on closeout items will be cancelled off your order.
- Is there a freight charge on backorders?
Yes, freight will be charged on all backorders.
- Can I edit my account information?
Yes, your account information can be edited by clicking on the “My Account” link on the homepage.
- Can I change or cancel my order once it has been submitted?
Changes to orders cannot be made once the order has been processed.
- When will my order ship?
All orders that have been processed and credit approved by 2:30 PM EST will ship the same day.
- How can I get Net 30 day terms with Pennant Sportswear?
Please fill out the Credit Application Form in the “Resources” menu and we will confirm that your application is being reviewed.
- Do you offer decoration services?
Pennant Sportswear does not decorate, however we can recommend a Pennant Authorized decorator in your area.
- I’m trying to check out, what is a PO number?
“PO” is your purchase order. A purchase order is a reference number that you assign to your order. It can be any sequence of letters or numbers so you can keep track of your order. If you do not have a purchase order number, we recommend using the date you placed your order.
- Does Pennant offer any freight programs?
Pennant Sportswear does not offer any freight programs at this time.
- When is my credit card charged?
When you submit your order, your credit card is authorized for the full amount of the order. This is an authorization only. Your credit card is formally charged when your order is shipped.
