Terms / Sales Agreement
All orders are subject to company acceptance. Initial orders are shipped on a credit card basis. Pennant accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express. “Net 30 Day” terms are available with prior credit approval. Pennant requires a re-sale certificate prior to opening an account or receiving a catalog.
Prices
Changing market conditions may require in-season price adjustments. All prices are subject to change without notice.
Minimum Order
There are no minimum order requirements unless otherwise specified. Each order may be subject to a handling charge .
Shipping
Effective 8/11/2025, Pennant will offer free shipping on orders over $250.00 shipped via ground with Pennant’s preferred carrier within the continental United States. Closeout merchandise may not qualify for free shipping. Pennant will deliver goods F.O.B. Nashua, New Hampshire; risk of loss for goods passes to the customer once orders are loaded onto the courier.
Claims / Returns
All shipments should be verified to be the correct merchandise before decorating. NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ONCE MERCHADISE IS DECORATED. Claims for shortages, lost cartons, or damages, must be made within 5 days of receipt of order. Requests for returns must be made within 30 days from the date of invoice. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization # affixed to the carton. Returns must be sent “freight prepaid” and are subject to a 30% or $25.00 minimum restocking charge. Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging. Samples, discounted, or discontinued items are not returnable.
