TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Terms / Sales Agreement
All orders are subject to company acceptance.
Initial orders are shipped on a credit card basis. Pennant accepts Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.
“Net 30 Day” terms are available with prior credit approval.
Pennant requires a re-sale certificate prior to opening an account or receiving a catalog.
Changing market conditions may require in-season price adjustment without prior notice.
There are no minimum order requirements, unless otherwise specified.
All orders are shipped F.O.B. Pennant Sportswear, Nashua, NH.
Claims / Returns
All shipments should be verified to be the correct merchandise before decorating.
NO RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED ONCE MERCHANDISE HAS BEEN DECORATED.
Claims for shortages, lost cartons or damages, must be made within 5 days of receipt of order.
Requests for returns must be made within 30 days from the date of invoice. No returns will be accepted without a Return Authorization # affixed to the carton.
Returns must be sent "freight prepaid" and are subject to a 30% or $25.00 minimum restocking charge.
Merchandise must be returned in the original packaging.
Samples, discounted or close-out items are not returnable.
